ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida Realtors® released new Spanish-language versions of two key real estate contracts, providing a reference tool for Spanish-speaking users.

The Florida Realtors/Florida Bar and ASIS contract translations are offered in PDF format and are being made available for reference. State law requires contracts to be in English, so transactions using the translations aren’t binding.

 Under Florida law, real estate contracts must be in English, and the translated versions cannot be used to form a binding agreement.
