ORLANDO, Fla. — Two Realtors® from Florida are among the next generation of real estate professionals earning spots on the National Association of Realtors® 2026 30-Under-30 class.
Kelsey Caputo, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Keys Real Estate, Islamorada, and Natali Zaher, Herron Real Estate, Jacksonville, were selected for their business success, leadership and innovation.
NAR said this year’s 30 Under 30 honorees stood out for their authenticity, focus on delivering value and commitment to creating strong connections with buyers and sellers.
The winners were pared down from an initial 280 applicants to 50 finalists. The Web Choice winner, Justin Black, an associate broker with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in Breckenridge, Colo., received 37,577 votes in a week.
“The remaining 29 honorees were selected by our judges from the original 50 finalists,” NAR said.
