TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Google has updated everything to include artificial intelligence (AI) in searches, shopping, creation and other aspects of its services. Real estate professionals can leverage these new AI tools to reach customers through more curated search results and to track advertising success.
Google also embedded AI into Veo 3, Google’s new video generator; Imagen 4, for image generation; and in Flow, which lets you build full cinematic experiences from written prompts. These tools can be used by real estate agents to improve how homes are found and how listings are viewed, such as through virtual walkthroughs.
Deloitte’s 2025 State of Social report found that 56% of customers trust creators more than traditional advertisers, and the average customer follows more creators than brands on social networks
Real estate professionals need to act less like marketers and more like creators, providing potential clients with storytelling, a human voice and insights. Potential clients are looking to follow agents who can teach them things, who are authentic in their approach and are likely to provide them with more information about the market.
Agents need to think of themselves as a real estate professional with a purpose, not a brand. Share neighborhood stories and provide information and opinions on market shifts.
